Below are five digital drawings of Mythologicals. These were originally produced as 18" x 24" giclee prints on archival paper.

Below are the first five paintings in a series of Grotesques, which originated as strange agitated-looking drawings in sketchbooks over several years. The pantings are on canvases of various sizes, and have been perpetrated using combination of casein and acrylic paint, which gives them a velvety matte surface. Yum.
I shall be progressing with these, but on a new tack-- a series of Painted Saints in the form of Grotesques like these weirdos. I will post them as they come along, and if you're in the NYC area, they will be in a group show in Chelsea in the fall. |
